My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and the beach, but the noisy neighbors kept me up all night, and the breakfast left much to be desired. However, the helpful staff made up for some of the flaws.

The rooms were made available early at no extra charge, but unfortunately, they were very dirty with hair in the shower and sink, and stains on the floors. The location near the main ventilation system was not ideal, but transport access to Port Everglades was convenient.

The location was ideal for the conference I attended, but unfortunately littered with trash and alcohol bottles. The dining experience was great, although the early start and end times were not ideal. The facilities were decent but felt a bit hectic. The price was reasonable but could be better considering the conditions.

The hotel offers very spacious rooms that are showing some wear and tear, with a double bed option, in an awesome location close to everything. However, some rooms may not be completely ready yet.
