Wonderful Suite Experience
helpful staff clean room
Jessica T was very helpful. The pool was nice and well kept. I enjoyed the food at Taste. It was well-prepared. The room was very super clean and cozy.
The elevators were slow. This made moving between floors somewhat inconvenient, especially during peak hours. I hope this can be addressed .

spacious rooms separate area
the rooms are spacious (i liked having a separate area to relax). i found the tv was a good size for watching football in the sofa area.
the hotel seemed a little understaffed at times.

convenient location frequent shuttles cold water unreliable internet
the location was convenient for accessing nearby shops. shuttles to the port were frequent and reliable. i appreciated the complimentary breakfast. it provided a decent start to the day.
the pool water was quite cold. i mentioned it to the staff, but the temperature did not improve . the internet was also unreliable for a couple of days! it disrupted my ability to work.
